About Us

More Than a Place to Stay — We're Part of Your Tucson Story

Desert Tree Apartments has been welcoming guests to Tucson since 1985. Nestled along Stone Avenue, our property blends the warmth of a family-run operation with the comforts of modern living.

Each of our suites is thoughtfully designed with spacious layouts, full kitchens, and private patios or balconies — because we believe a great stay feels like home, not a hotel room. Whether you're visiting the University of Arizona, exploring the Sonoran Desert, or attending an event at the Tucson Convention Center, we're your perfect base camp.

Guest Experiences

What Our Guests Say

"We stayed here during a week-long visit to the University of Arizona. The suite was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the courtyard was a peaceful escape. It felt like a real home, not a temporary rental."

Margaret T.

Visiting family

"As a business traveler, I appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi, quiet atmosphere, and central location. Stone Avenue has great restaurants nearby, and the pool was a nice way to unwind after long workdays. Will definitely return."

Robert K.

Business traveler

"Our two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family reunion. The kids loved the pool, and having a full kitchen saved us money on meals. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. A true gem in Tucson!"
